MAMEWAH 1.62 Final (Front-End multiemulador) (W)

Nueva versión después de mucho tiempo de este Front-End multiemulador para Windows.

I just realised the v1.62beta's have been going on for over 2.5 years , and my last release was over a year ago so I thought I'd better put something new out there...

This one just fixes some bugs really. Nothing too special, regardless of it's 'final' title. Since my rate of new versions has got so slow I thought I would knock the 'beta' releases on the head for the time being.

Please note there are some example ini files etc. included for beginners - just unzip the whole lot. For regulars updating Mamewah, you just need the mamewah.exe file, and I would recommend a look at the docs folder. There is also a slightly updated Layout Designer too, for those who may want to try a new feature...

Bugs Fixed:

DAT / XML reading routines may have wrongly reported success if file to be read not present (fixed),
Control data may have been incorrectly read from (non-MAME) DAT files (fixed),
BIOS descriptions were not being shown correctly from DAT files (fixed),
'&' may have been displayed in game descriptions (from XML) instead of '&' (fixed),
Game description continued to scroll while game/screensaver launched (fixed),
SS_FIND_N_SELECT_GAME screensaver input may not select correct game (fixed),
Movie previews would not always play (fixed),
After showing/hiding history.dat info, movie previews would not play (fixed),
Rom extensions were case-sensitive (must have been in lower case!) (fixed),
Scroll speed/acceleration was incorrect after reaching top/bottom of games list (fixed).

Improvements:

Added ability for transparent options & message forms - see Layout Designer (Win2k / XP only),
Removed case sensitive romnames (now stored in original case),
Updated listxml reading routine to cope with 'new' MAME -listxml method of listing BIOS romsets,
Added 'listxml' List Generation Method (mainly for testing purposes),
Slightly improved 'fuzzy_search',
Added ability to use emulator (list, artwork # or normal) specific no-snap images, without needing to have a dedicated layout,
Altered movie preview playback code to reduce/remove possible lag after DivX movie playback (some codecs),
Tidied up display of screen / status info, when no data exists.

Una pena que no haya añádido la opción de ordenar las capas para poder tener snaps no rectangulares.
