Mjolnir 0.3.1 (Emulador Namco System 21 y 22) (W)

Nueva versión de este reciente emulador para Windows que emula los juegos de Namco de las placas System 21 y System 22.

- fixes a bug with Sys21 (Starblade's) fullscreen support, where it wasn't using the actual display resolution
- more subtle fix to resizing, to use content area, rather than full window size
- sizing fixes now work with Sys22 (Prop Cycle)
- Prop Cycle textures are no longer "chunky"
