cada 4 cifras del nº binario son una en hexadecimal.
* 0110 -> 6
* 0100 -> 4
* ---- -> ? (cualquier nº [normalmente sera 0, depende de las opciones que uses])
* -1-- -> ? (un nº >= 4, depende de los otros bits [si los otros bits estan a 0, es = 4])


gamename es el nombre de la ROM, por ejemplo: scfinals, intcup94, hthero,...
64004000 el codigo que indica el tipo de truco
0000000A para este truco es el elemento nº 11 (empieza desde 0), para otros trucos es la dirección de memoria.
00000000 Valor (aqui se ignora).
00000000 Máscara [son los bits que se cambian] (aqui parece que se ignora)
y despues viene el comentario -que normalmente se ve en el menu CHEAT, para este tipo de truco no-

Ejemplo de truco:

Este truco es doble, usa estos codigos:

Y para activar esos trucos automaticamente pon el truco con el código "64004000" después de todos los trucos del juego (vidas infinitas, tiempo infinito y todas esas cosas)

Por ejemplo, para activar el tiempo infinito en Tecmo World Cup 90, el cheat.dat quedaria asi -solo pongo la parte de ese juego-.
