Esta es la configuración que acabo de probar con el zsnes y va al pelo, copiala y la guardas como supernintendo.ini

Tengo el emu en c:\zsnes\zsnesw.exe y las roms en c:\zsnes\roms
Las tengo en formato zip
Pruebalo y si tienes cualquier problema me lo dices.
