Bueno te pongo mi config de emu de psx en gameex a ver si te sirve de algo:

Espero que te sirva de algo , podria ser el comando:

Command=epsxe.exe -nogui -loadbin "[rompath]\[romfile]"

Podria ser que te hiciera falta tenerlo asi como yo.
