Lo sabías, tienes el MAME configurado para monitor de PC, no para monitores arcade. Entra en esa carpeta, elimina el MAME.ini, y copia y pega el fichero mame_monitor_arcade.ini con el nombre mame.ini
Así tendrás resuelto tu poblema, jiji
